Our series of community drumming events is designed to cultivate a positive and open environment, where participants feel comfortable expressing both joy and struggles.

Each person and family can envision a role for themselves in society and increased sense of purpose regarding their contributions to their community. As the rhythmic beats resonate, participants are encouraged to reflect on what brings them mental well-being and positivity. The drumming sessions act as a pathway to create a connection among participants.
