This community-building event aims to deliver comprehensive education on the distinctive mental health challenges faced by siblings living with individuals with developmental disabilities.  The event will feature an enrichment workshop blending self-monitoring practices with self-care initiatives, and an escape room from 4-5pm to act as an interactive icebreaker.
Attendees will leave Escape the Room at the Glendale Galleria and head to the Glendale Presbyterian Church (125 S. Louise St., Glendale) for dinner and the workshop from 5-8pm.
