This event will promote mental health awareness for all age groups to experience how mental health is a part of our lives.

Tamaiti (children) ages 3-12: Explore mental health through cultural art, dances, and song.

Tupulaga (youth) ages 13-19: Address healthy relationships, stress, emotions, and more, via fun activities and workshops.

Tagata Lautele (general adult) ages 20-49: Explore the Samoan and other Pacific Islanders community's connections to mental health with resources, information, and cultural activities that address and promote mental health wellness.

Tagata Matutua (elders) from ages 50+: Learn about mental health support and resources through culturally relevant discussions.
