The Work-in Workshop
Our workshop is designed to decrease mental health stigma, foster community engagement and self-discovery and bolster mental health and overall well-being. This event will give attendees the invaluable tools to navigate daily stressors and grapple with challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, burnout and PTSD symptoms. The event utilizes evidence-based principals among an array of other modalities including yoga, breathwork, meditation, acupressure, sound healing and meridian stretches to educate and promote positive skill development - all guided by diverse leadership, which includes licensed mental health professionals and wellness experts. By amalgamating holistic practices with evidence-based methodologies and compassionate guidance, this event will promote healing, instill confidence, and promote healthier lifestyle among underserved populations. At its core, the mission of this event is to promote mental health while embracing diversity and inclusivity within our communities. Please RSVP to participate in workshops.
