The YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K is fa un and active way to bring people together of all ages to exercise and be together as a support system to fight the stigma of mental health. Participants, including pets, can walk or run while enjoying the beautiful Hermosa and Manhattan Beach Strand. We are ONE when it comes to feeling ENOUGH, and the 5K will bring us together to celebrate how amazing we all are!
